| To begin disassembly of this webcam you must first remove the two rubber plugs over the hidden housing screws. These can be glued tightly so some twisting with a toothpick or tweezers is required to free them. Once the mounting screws are out the two shell half's can be gently pried apart, being careful to note on the images below, the small plastic clasps holding the shell half's together. After that the remaining disassembly is straight forward noting the very last image warning label. I was impressed with the quality of construction and metal framing used including the metal bearing collar. |
